SkyPort Wins Multimillion Dollar DOD Contract

September 23, 2009 – HOUSTON, TEXAS – SkyPort Global Communications announced today that it has been awarded a multi-year, multi-million dollar contract from a US Government Agency.
The contract includes infrastructure and both satellite and terrestrial voice and data services for this unit of the US Department of Defense. The new contract is effective immediately and carries forward for three years as a base contract. SkyPort also anticipates the contract value will grow as the requirements of this military unit continue to expand.
