SkyPort's reliability is built on our global Network Operations Center(NOC) and world-class Teleport, at Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base in Houston. Delivering the most secure and reliable communication services, requires several powerful fail-safe systems, not just for data transmissions, but for electrical power, air conditioning, and other vital facility specific operations.
At SkyPort, we believe reliability begins with secure facilities. Our global NOC and Teleport reside on the Ellington Joint Reserve Base. The base has been designed as a joint task force facility, and will be home to all area National Guard units. The Base is also the site of various NASA operations, and is adjacent to NASA's Johnson Space Center. The site is entirely secure with multiple protection devices, and is patrolled 24/7 by military police. The proximity of these military and aerospace operations furnishes SkyPort’s Teleport and global NOC with a level of security unmatched in the industry.
